Lunch

Albert just made the most delicious lunch ever. He got the idea from watching one of the many food shows our family loves on television. Anyway, he made cheeseburgers, but not just any cheeseburgers. This recipe calls for taking two patties and putting cheese in the middle. Then, you crimp the edges of the two patties together so that it's sealed. Cook as normal and when that giant burger comes off the grill or skillet and you sink your teeth into it, tons of ooey, gooey cheese comes spilling out. It's delish...
For today's lunch, Albert used four different types of cheese...cheddar, American, Swiss and Pepper Jack. It looked incredible. Since four types of cheese is wayyyy too many calories for me, I stuck with just one piece of Pepper Jack on mine but it was still fabulous. I could easily eat another. Self control is my mantra right now so I won't...self control. Self Control. Self Control.
Aside from its hefty calorie load, it really is a scrumptious treat that I totally recommend.
I love that I have a hubby who will eagerly take care of tasks such as meal preparation which is admittedly, not my favorite thing. Pretty soon though, lunch making will have to be in my hands. Next week, Albert starts a brand new job! We've very excited and happy about this new opportunity. So from now till then, I'm taking full advantage of my personal chef.
