Unsuccessful

Registration for 6 of the Fontenot children- successful. Registration for the 7th- not so much. Isaiah's school registration was a disastrous waste of time, and as yet, he remains unregistered. Why, you ask? What could the problem be? Well, friends...the problem is...that I, as usual, disregarded some of the forms that MAY have been sent home in his book bag towards the end of the school year, and one of those forms MAY have been a request for a physical and immunization records. So, now, until I produce said documents, I cannot register him for school. Tomorrow will surely be filled with fun, as I try to track down someone at our pediatrician's office who is willing to fill out the form based on last September's physical and fax it back, with copies of shot records. Fun times...

Note to self: Do not disregard notices marked "Important" in the children's school bags.
