We're here!

We made it! Our girls trip (plus Isaiah) is underway! We arrived in Knoxville yesterday afternoon at about 5:30 Knoxville, TN. It was quite the arduous trip. Mia screamed the last thirty minutes. My nephew Cameron was ready to stop for a drink before we were even out of Mascoutah! Sydney got her foot stuck in her seatbelt at one point, Alexandria screamed because her flip flops dropped off her feet and Isaiah had a little spell where he kept inexplicibly spitting at the ceiling. On top of that, the radio in the van malfunctioned and seemed to have trouble pulling in channels. But we are here! It feels so good to be with my Mama and sisters. Of course I miss Albert and the older boys a lot already. When I talked to the kids, Brice was already crying and saying "I want you, Mommy."
Not sure what we are doing today, our first full day here. Maybe just hanging out enjoying the company of Nana, Katie and Ashley. It is nice to be responsible for only the little ones. I miss the big ones though....
