We had a little bit of snow last night- not near what was expected, and not near what our little ones were hoping for. But just enough to make their Daddy happy! The boys' school district was in session this morning, as normal...but Albert's is not. He has a snow day. So right now, we are sitting on the couch watching the History Channel and munching on snacks, while all six of our boys are in class and all three of our daughters (well, except the one who's still baking) are upstairs asleep.
We're still dealing with whatever flu or virus is passing through. The babies seem to have been hit way harder than the older kids. Isaiah missed 3 days of school last week and the girls have all been sick over the weekend and this week. And...now I have it too. I feel pretty miserable but my husband has been doing EVERYTHING since he got home from work yesterday so that all I have to do is rest and get better. Which I hope happens fast, because I have a lot to do for the weekend.
Happy snow day to those of you that are getting one!
